With a deep understanding and experience of organising Exec level offsites, team builds and away days- our qigong wellness workshops add value, engage, and most of all are great fun and super healthy for the team. We can create a short 1 hour for a 'health break', or a full day qigong workshop giving the team something memorable to take home.
On site regular classes
I teach regular classes at companies in Oxfordshire and the Costwolds.
The most popular is the 12 Rivers course, which works on the 12 organ meridians as used in acupuncture- and is a great place to start your qigong journey. We shift patterns of blocked energy in your meridians, balance emotions and nourish the key organs of the body. You will learn the theory and practice behind these 12 beautifully simple yet so effective moves. Once you learn the 12 rivers you will never look back!
Teaching for resilience in long haul travel
I have specialist experience in training teams and individuals as to how qi gong can help to mitigate the fatigue and exhaustion of long haul travel and the toll on the body from demanding schedules and time zones. Whether this be a 121 with an Exec or an international sales team, I can tailor the teaching to suit the individual.
Breathing workshops to reduce stress and encourage wellbeing in the workplace.

When we breathe fully and freely we inhale fresh oxygen. Each breath massages our internal organs, sends calming waves through our nervous system, and gently opens the pathways that allow blood and nutrients to circulate to every part of our body. Our breath sets the rhythm and is fundamental in nourishing and circulating our vital energy within us to maintain our health and wellbeing.
