A one hour community class each week where you will learn how to re-balance, re-align, and re-fresh. Nourishing your body from the inside out, with easy enjoyable movements.
Deep dive into the origins of the movement, break down and understand each move and bring them together to form a full practice. It will give you the confidence to develop self-practice and deepen your connection with yourself to improve your health and energy.
I can help with menopause symptoms, building energy levels after illness, rebalancing body and emotions, realigning after injury, sleeping better, helping to manage stress, clearing a particular emotion from a life event. We can work on improving your mobility, alignment, strength, or balance. Or simply a nourishing 1-2-1 to help you to reconnect with yourself and start afresh in building your life force practice.
