Private Qigong Lessons

A private qigong practice tailored to your particular needs.

I work with clients on a one to one basis. Often it is simply a nourishing focused one to one in the privacy of your home or studio or by zoom. We work on improving all areas such as breathe, mobility, alignment, strength, and balance.

Some clients come for help with more specifics. Such as menopause, burnout, grief, fatigue, severe aches and pains, depression, low mood and more.

A tailored qigong practice can help building energy levels after illness, rebalancing and realigning after injury, sleeping better, helping to manage stress, or clearing a particular emotion from a life event.
